Made in collaboration with our friends at Wintersong Festival in Stouffville, this is a classic German-style pilsner made with one of our favourite malts for making pilsner- Bohemian Floor-Malted Pilsner malt from Germany. This malt gives us an amazing balance of rich bread and dough character with the perfect hint of floral overtones from the Czech Saaz hops.
