Fog (2025) - IPA 🌫️😶🌫️
This is the very first beer we ever brewed as a brewery. It was batch numero uno but it never saw the light of day because almost everything went wrong on that first beer (the final death punch was the glycol loop dying in late June 2017, and fermentation getting wayyyyy too hot).
When it was first brewed it had a working name of “Fog.” We decided it was time to bring it back again, pretty different recipe (trust us, it’s better now!), same working name!
Hopped with Citra, Superdelic and Nectaron we taste notes of navel orange, lime, nostalgia, and tropical fruit candy.
