For this version of Dora, we decided to test out a new malt base, one that is paler than typical for us. Honestly it’s about as pale as we could possibly make it, because why not right?
The result is a Tropicana orange juice shade of yellow haze and the flavour ain’t far behind. Dry hopped with Citra it is citrus laden with supporting notes of papaya.
