Ambrosia seeks to highlight the impressively unique character of small scale Ontario wildflower honey. In collaboration with Lost Meadows Apiaries and Meadery this ale is brewed with Golden Promise malt and oats, hopped with Goldings hops and then conditioned with wildflower honey from our friend Graeme Foers. Notes of nutty sweetness, floral honey, orange marmalade and fresh toast. Save the Honey Bees!
5% ABV / 355ml
