From Badlands;
For June (yes we’re a little early but we got excited and the brew schedule must be worked around!) we decided to build a lovely pale malt base to trial a brand new hop (to us) called Pink! It is a hop from Idaho and is rumoured to “taste the way galaxy used to.” Naturally we were extremely excited about this possibility, as Galaxy circa 2017 and earlier was about as elite a hop as can be.
Hopped with Pink and Citra it is a beautifully soft, citric delight with some underlying bubblegum and passion fruit notes. An exciting first look at this new hop for us.
